Shipping

Processing time. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. During launches or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Methods & rates. We ship via USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check spam or contact us.

Address accuracy. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages after they are handed to the carrier.

Heat-sensitive items. Tallow softens in warm temperatures. If your order arrives warm, allow it to rest at room temperature before opening. Texture changes do not affect product quality.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package shows Delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For damage or loss in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
